Well since this one went along with the quit caffeine task…I now go to bed earlier…and I never thought it was because of the caffeine, but I guess I know now lol.

Im going to Italy with a group very soon. They have a specific time to have lights out, and it is earlier than I usually go to sleep. Which is usually after 12:00 a.m.

this is going to be a goal for me this summer.
recently i’ve been staying up until the sun has risen, and i just got a new job so i’m sure i’ll have to work some morning shifts, meaning i just can’t do this anymore.
even though i’ve gotten things done (last night i cleaned my room and color coded my closet), i need to get on a regular schedule.
if have accomplished this by the end of the summer, i’ll mark this as complete.

I get so caught up in doing things in the evening that I can’t tear myself away from the computer. Last night I was in bed by 12:10. Not good… I’d really rather be in bed by 10 or 10:30, but I can’t seem to get there. I need to start working on that now that I have to be up at 6 or so to make the 8am train to NYC. and I know that sleeping better will certainly make my life easier with having 2 jobs- or rather a job and an internship.

Worth doing!

Definitley worth doing it. Went to sleep before midnight. But don’t sleep longer than 10 hours. Otherwise, you’ll feel more tired than before and end up with headache.

Well…excluding last night I’ve been doing a “little” bit better with this. Instead of the usual 4am or later sleep time I’ve been falling asleep around 1:30/2am. Not where I’d like it to be but an improvement just the same.

My plan is to go to bed at 11:00 pm every night if possible. I used to work on a bar and wouldn’t get to sleep till about 3:00 am most nights. Now, I work in a kitchen so get in at around 10:30 pm so it can be achieved easier now. Although the time I wrote this entry is probably not a good start :/
