yikes. i even tried going to sleep a 1. i laid in bed for a long time before i finally fell asleep. =[
How I did it: Put limits to my social events, to-dos, etc as soon as it hits 8PM..and use the remaining last hour to "wind down." Again, make sure you do it at least for a week to make it a habit.
Lessons & tips: Work out earlier in the day - and make sure to not eat your meals no later than 6PM.

I have to wake up at 6:30 tomorrow so I really hope I can go to sleep earlier than 1 am, which is when I went to sleep last night.
This of course doesn’t have to be done on Fridays and Saturdays but it does for the other days of the week. I will know I have done this when I have gone to sleep early from Sun-Thurs everyday for 2 weeks straight. After that I assume I can continue.

I honestly wish I could just sleep in the day and be up at night. I like night time so much better than day time.

I took 2 simply sleep pills from tylenol (i took one at first even though the serving is 2 and it didnt do anything so i took the other one). This morning, I remembered why I never take sleeping pills. Even though I went to sleep at 10 or 11 something and woke up at 9 this morning, I am way more tired than I usually am. Part of it is probably because ave sleeps next to me and rolls 500 times a night and kicks me 300 times a night. But still, I took a shower and got more sleep than usual and I am more exhausted than I usually feel.
That’s what I’m aiming for now. As soon as I’m ok with this, I’ll gradually change it to 4am, then 3am… so on. I need to get back into a regular sleep pattern and not stay up all night using the computer.
I have to get up at 5:30! I don’t go to bed till somewhere between 2:00 and 4:30. Running on 1-3 1/2 hours is too hard. I fall asleep in class, can’t remember anything.. It’s just horrible. Sometimes I sleep through my alarm and miss the bus. My mom freaks out when I miss the bus and won’t take me to school so I have to stay home all day and this is definitely taking a toll on my grades, which are important, to say the least.
Sorry to have written a novel, but as a sophomore in high school it is absolutely impertinent that I go to bed earlier!
I have to get up at six, which is impossible for me, because I go to bed at like four! Then I miss my bus, and then it contributes to my grade. (And not in a good way.) So I’m forcing myself to go to sleep at 9pm st the latest!
