Worth doing!

I’m marking this as done. I no longer have the urge to go out and have a capuccino in the morning. I have had capuccinos, but its always been in company, and did not have the element of “this will make me feel better.”

Achieving this is an minor but clear marker of my belief in my ability to change.

At this very moment I am fighting the urge to go out to spend money on poisoning my body with caffeine and rotting my teeth with sugar.

Civilized custom or barbaric habit?  — 6 months ago

Does it count if I had a capuccino when I met somebody for coffee? I mean, it did come in a proper cup with a saucer, and not in a styrofoam cup.

Last year I fell into the habit of buying myself a capuccino every day at work. While it is nice it is not harmless. I don’t need the sugar I take with it, and I could do without the coffee too. Most of all, I there’s no space in my budget for it.
