I’m playing with my mum’s old Nikon which is about 10 years older than me.. I did photography in year 10 but I’d forgotton just about everything. My friend John and I are going through a few rolls of film, and hopefully some of my shots will be good enough to put in a photo competition I want to enter. Wish me luck :) 6 years ago
I think this goal is going to be moved aside for a while. I’ve been working with a friend’s camera, and it’s just not really an option anymore. Hopefully when I get some money saved up I can buy one of my own, or maybe I could try to borrow my mom’s for a while.
For right now, my little non-SLR digital camera will do, and I can come back to this as soon as things make the goal a little more attainable. 6 years ago
I have a Yashica X-2000 and a Yashica X-3000 that I inherited along with 5 lenses. I sort of get how to use it, but I don’t really get it enough to take as good shots as I could. If anyone finds anything on the internet that is relatively easy to understand, I’m willing to look at it. 7 years ago
I have a Minolta SRT 100 and a Pentax ME (both from about 1977, so older than me!). For the Minolta I have a 55mm f/1.9 lens and a 200mm f/4.5 lens. For the Pentax I have a 28mm f/2 lens, a 50mm f/1.4, and a 75-205mm f/3.5 zoom lens.
In all the photos I’ve shot, I’ve got about 5 that I think are really great. 7 years ago
