buy a new desk

not a big issue, this one – but I do want to improve the layout and look of the dining room, and a decent desk would help that (and save me using the proper table all the time) – budget is small, though – will not spend more than £50

He bought me a desk as a surprise from World Market. YAY!

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE TARGET! But I got my last desk there and it is in BAD shape. It didn’t survive our last move well. I would like a desk that comes already assembled (i.e. it qualifies as a real, grown-up piece of furniture), has a big, flat surface, and lots of drawers for all my office supplies and random crap. There, I said it.
