3 workouts so far this week. Monday´s was really grand 1:30, lots of sweat, but so worth it. I really like to excercise, I never knew!

I bought this tiny shrimp (frozen and pre cooked, only stimied it a little, mayo and ketchup (sugar free) and half juice of limón (mexican lime). Serve with baked nachos, lovely Sunday breakfast!

I had a lovely plate of a typical Mexican Breakfas eggs cooked in hot salsa with a small serving of beans in soft (real) tacos!

I am so happy as I am now getting constant high of energy from doing exercise. Until now I have been a commited indoor girl (after all, as a kid, the sport I stuck up for six years were the ballet lessons) But the weather is so nice I will convince DH to go for a walk. I still need better menu planing skils and/or follow thw great advice online (suggestions anyone?);_)))

Today I dis a little introductory Pilates. IT is HARD!, but well worht looking into, since I really want to be fit.
Eat right- a nice crockpot cooked with frozen meat and at the end fresh veggies, and rice, yum!
All that jazz- productivity is at its best this year. GO ME!

Yes, I did it again, 30 some min of two different warm up videos. I tried the ballet boot camp and it was so hard I had to quit the class. I got back in the begginer-intermediate area, for now. I did a warm up an tried a Pilates video, but I am looking for a Mentor…
