I just subscribed to her just a few minutes ago. Just reading her goals and a few of her posts made me want to subscribe and watch her progress. Now if only the Powers That Be would give me a few cheers to use on her.

Tink went missing in action for several months then finally reappeared after recovering from a long illness. While she may have been missed while away from 43 things, I can now find her posting entries and comments daily, now. When she is not giving others needed support she is really making strides on her goals. She even inspired me to edit my goal declutter my houseand change it to get rid of all my clutter. I may even start to work harder at it now after reading the successes she has been making.
I’ve only been subscribed to Bill for the past few months. I kept coming across his youtube videos thru others I was subscribed to and finally decided to find out as much as I could about him. I am also subscribed to his youtube videos. Anyway, his first goal is to become more worldly. I think he is probably one of the most worldly people on 43 things if not the most traveled.
Sometimes when I read her entries, I see myself. But most of the time when I read her entries, I see the person I would like to become. She is human, funny and always generous with the people in her life and it comes out in her entries and comments on 43 things. Believe me, she is worth subscribing to.
I first subscribed to Trauma Junkie soon after she posted a comment to an entry I made for my goal to learn all I could about Traumatic Brain Injuries. I guess she intrigued me because I wanted to find out what to expect in the future for my daughter. In fact, I believe she is the first person I ever subscribed to although I didn’t know what subscribing was at the time. I think Trauma Junkie copes quite well for herself and is funny and entertaining and if my daughter Rachel does half as well as her in the coming years, I’ll be happy.
If you look at his 43 things goals, you will notice he is concerned with his physical well-being. You will also notice his goal to make a 43things cookbook. I have the feeling he is very much like a few people I know, including myself. He has his passions: loves good food, a willingness to try new things, sharing a few recipes, donating his time and resourses to things he loves and is an all-around good guy on 43 things.
I don’t always understand his ramblings so sometimes I have to go back to several posts to understand what he is rambling about. Yes, some of his posts have adult content and if you’re not mature enough to read them then don’t. He can find any situation humorous. He is generally staight-forward and honest though a bit murky at times. Many of his goals are short term and spur of the moment and seem more like a list of suggestion of what to do today rather than 6 months down the road. Currently, he is nursing a injured foot and trying to get sympathy for it. As far as I can tell he hasn’t disclosed how it got hurt though it looks grusome. If I didn’t know better I’d say some lady friend took offense and ran over it. Anyway, he has a way of keeping everyone in stitches when he’s not requiring them himself.
I guess I’m starting with him.
NYCinephile’s dauly entries about the 5 things he is grateful for are amusing, interesting and often make me feel as if I’m right there tasting the food and enjoying the NY atmosphere. If I ever went to New York, I’d want NYCinephile to be my guide.
