replace a lost social security card

get a social security card as soon as possible!!

need to do this asap, i would try and look for it but that would probably stress me out more – i’ve got so much paperwork at home

i lost it

I got unlucky. The first time I tried, SSA failed to send it to me, maybe because of clerical error or mail theft. So I eventually asked again, and this time it came in a week. Easy.

I think its been lost for three years.
I STILL haven’t gotten a new one.
I did come close however, i was actually at the SSN building… but… the line was HU-NOUR-MOUS!

I found my daughters card! I found it!
So…sometimes procrastinating isn’t that bad, the school has one less of my kid’s information, and now that she isn’t enrolled they don’t need it anymore. (why do they need those anyways? one more risk of identity theft).
I found the card looking for some other document that my husband had lost, it was buried at the bottom of some papers my husband had put away.

This goal resolved by itself.

Ahhhh!

We haven’t found my husband’s paper …but that is for his goal list.

I lost my social securtiy card

Ugh, I had to drive about an hour and a half, to just outside of DC to get a new card. It was annoying, hectic and I just plain didn’t want to deal with it, but once it was over, I felt so much better. No more worrying about when/if I need the card again. It is going in a much safer place now… :-p
