replace a lost social security card

Well- I still haven’t gotten a new social security card. Do I really need to?? So far a valid passport and California drivers license has been sufficient.

i lost my SS card and i want a new one ASAP!!!!

It didn’t take nearly as long as I feared, I shouldn’t have put it off for so long…

get a social security card as soon as possible!!

need to do this asap, i would try and look for it but that would probably stress me out more – i’ve got so much paperwork at home

i lost it

I got unlucky. The first time I tried, SSA failed to send it to me, maybe because of clerical error or mail theft. So I eventually asked again, and this time it came in a week. Easy.

I think its been lost for three years.
I STILL haven’t gotten a new one.
I did come close however, i was actually at the SSN building… but… the line was HU-NOUR-MOUS!
