paint my room blue

well, as a first step, I at least convinced my friend to paint her room pink :P

The color in place of that yellowish old wallpaper made my room even look bigger. I’m in love with it! :-)

The guy comes tomorrow to paint my walls “ocean blue”!

The color blue I picked was ‘Rain Washed’. It matches with my comforter. I love it. And it wasnt that hard to do.

My bedroom in my house is blue. it’s a “nice” blue i guess. sort of nautical and bright (almost like the color on the top of this webpage?)

HOWEVER! EVERY NIGHT I LAY IN BED looking at it and cant help but feeling im in a Cuban motel room in Miami.
Ive had dark grey before and i prefer that to blue.
Im moving soon so im not going to bother repainting it. just thought i’d give my 2 cents.

I’ve always wanted my bedroom in blue, particularly light blue. Before I moved in, my uncle painted it (it was originally in light yellow).

Our family moved into a new house recently, and I asked for my room to be a smokey blue-gray colour. It turned out pastel blue (exactly the same as our old house). My brother got his room painted a creamy-brown colour, I wish mine looked as cool as his.

You’ll probably need three coats, and while my spouse and I have adjusted to color all throughout our house (orange, red, ocean blue, midnight blue, evervescent green), be prepared for others to not be as thrilled.
