I've realized this list

is in a way doing that. It helps me to stay focused on my goals, which feed my spirit.
Other things are: spend quality time at home, ‘date’ myself once or twice a week (I took myself to a matinee on Thursday, went to a bookstore for 3 hours on Friday). Listening to music feeds me, and cooking good meals, and looking at photogragh collections and paintings and drawings online. Going to museums. Exploring parts of Boston I’ve never been to.
