Make an altered book about myself

I lie all the time to my children about my childhood for their protection. My story is not fit for the g rated audience nor is it appropriate. The people around my life have no idea of the abuse I came from nor the abuse that was self infilcted in my young adult years. I want to express my truths creatively to honor myself. I feel insane like I believe my own lies. Time to exercise those demons!
