    After 1.5 years, I’ve discovered the key is experience, and planning ahead. It is much easier to plan the week before you are living it. Seems obvious, but teaching in a urban school is a bit like fighting a rip tide sometimes. I think I’m learning to swim perpendicular!

    Next I need to make sure I don’t stay there to all hours. Easy for a teacher to do!!
