And it’s so worth it. It’s so much easier to wash dishes before they are caked with crap. And it feels good to know I’m pulling my weight. I’m going to check this one off.

I let them build up for two days, but then just when I didn’t want to do them, I thought of this goal and went and took five minutes and did them. And now there are none of my dishes sitting at my house.

but washed it (lickety split when it’s not all crusty) and feel much better about it. Man, my goals are mundane lately!!!!!

and is going well. I only had one plate and one glass build up for a day this week, and that’s not that stressful. If I keep at this for a few more weeks I will check it off.

I live with two other adults and a baby. We have a dishwasher but don’t use it. Since I can’t generate enough dishes alone to merit a dishwasher load (at least without pissing off my roommates, or at least imagining that it would piss me off if they did that . . . ), I have to wash by hand. I actually only kind of live here even though I pay rent because I’m at my boyfriend’s so much. So, if I leave my dishes, that nags at my soul the whole time I’m away. Thus, I leave them in my bedroom. And that’s gross. So the solution is to buck up and wash them immediately. Then it will never be a weight on me. I may have to buy a scrubby soap wand to make this easier. Will see.
