I want to be an actress

well i want to be a disney channel actress because i love disney channel, and i work realy hard and i’m realy good at acting and dancing.and it has been my dream sense i was 4 so i hope i get it.

it is something i have always wanted but a few years ago i was getting so desresed thinking about it and how it would never happen i just gave up on the idea i stopped even thinking, considering it. i just didnt want something so bad it hurt!!! but then a couple nights ago i had this dream…. it was about robert pattison at first i really thought nothing of it but the things we talked about hauted me threw the days i wanted to be an actress and the dream cought back up to me!!!

I’m sorry but nearly everyone on this site want fame so much and they think this is an easy path to fame. Well it’s not. I’ve started acting this year as i have a GCSE in it and i have got auditions for 3 drama schools and i have sent my cv of to 4 agencies. i can’t stand people who compare themselves to people on disney channel like miley cyrus, she can’t act and she is basicly a waste of time. This industry is highly competitive as manny little children wish to have fame and millions of pounds like the ‘amazing’ miley, get a grip on life really, acting isnt about hollywood! it’s about the theatrical side to it and if you can’t hack theatre then you can’t hack media work i’m sorry to say. By the sounds of it you all have alot of work to do as i do also. I’m british white and am 16 years old and i will persue a career in this industry because i do have a talent and i understand what performance really is. Find something that you’re passionate about instead of reching for ‘fame’ because this isnt an easy path. Try bigbrother if you are so desprate for fame!

Hi, I’m Abbie Mordecai and i’m 15.
So since i remember, i’ve always wanted to be an actress, be in a film, get a star on the walk of fame. I’ve starred in about 5 schools play’s and has joined an acting school. But i find auditions here in Bristol really hard to find.
I really admire: Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez. There both young, and already known nation wide!
It’s just something i really would like to do, ya’ know?

I really want to be an actress so much that i auditioned for this John Robert powers thing and i made it !!!! SO i am done now all of my acting classes and now i am waiting to get a CALL AND SEE IF I GOT IN!!!!! I can’t wait!!!!!

so ya i always thought of doing this but been too scared to. Now im going to start and try to put my foot in the door. im only 16 almost 17 but does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how i start? id like to be in films and movies then plays. but that doesnt mean i dont like plays either. my mom told me to look for acting classes around my area. is this how you start?
