make it through this year's performance appraisal cycle

..a few more left. A bit more loose ends to tie up, no thanks to some glitches in the same system, as well as human error.

Then it’s time to kick off the 2008 performance cycle. No, we are not having fun yet!

..with performance appraisal, but increment season has already kicked in. The “fun” never stops.. :S

I dread this season. I tell myself I really should have better focus on the big stuff and now sweat too much over the small stuff. Because I didn’t, it’s hard to justify a good rating even if I felt like worked like crazy in 2007. :(
