Venice is sinking

I want very much to experience a gondola ride on the Grand Canal in Venice. Ideally I won’t be doing it alone, but with someone I love. However, I no longer feel the need to put my life and my dreams on hold until the day I find that love. I will live my life and perhaps love will meet me in Venice.
