I have been strength training at least twice a week for about three weeks now.
I focus mainly on my upper body because I feel like I get a good lower body workout from running, biking, and hiking. All this upper body work should really help make some of the outdoor activities I like to do more fun—like kayaking and backpacking. It’s a win-win situation really. 5 years ago
