I can’t believe it, but I’ve found an awesome house, and the circumstances seem to be perfect. I absolutely love this house. I decided to put it into God’s hands, and I prayed that he would open the right doors if it was the right thing to do. I wound up making an offer earlier this week, and I prayed again that it would come together if it should. I didn’t at first, and I was disappointed but asked God that if I wasn’t supposed to be in the house, at least let the new owners glorify Him, and that I trusted Him to put me in the right place. The next morning, the builder/seller called my realtor and had a “change of heart.” We reached an agreement, and yesterday—I SIGNED A CONTRACT! I went over today to measure for window coverings… as it stands right now, I’m supposed to be moving in mid-March. I am soooooo grateful and so unbelievably blessed! I’m naming it “Mellywood”. (I’m such a dork!)
