4 pounds lost! I have been cycling LOADS which is the main reason why I have lost weight. As I haven’t really changed my eating habits. Which I think it is time to do, otherwise it will take me forever to lose weight. So diet starting tomorrow as well as more excercise!

when i first started the challenge i was around 67 kgs, now iv been able to reduce to 60 but my target is 55. so still have like 5 more to go. hopefully by the beginning of Aug I will be 55kgs
I have just taken a BMI calculator test and the result was overweight. Therefore I have decided to lose weight for health reasons and for me! My target is to lose 2 stone. Interim target is to lose 1 stone before the 28th July. Here we go!

After one week on the upped gluc the wieght is finally starting to come off. I’m looking forward to warer weather so I can start walking and hopefully take the weight off even faster. I so wish I had a tred mill.
Well i want to lose a lot of wieght,, id say im average but i wanna be skinny, so im watching what i eat living of coffe and ciggerettes :L x

So I’m still not taking any wieght off which really sucks trying really hard to watchwhat I eat and excerize when I can. Sr upped me to 1000mg of my gluc so hopefully soon the weight will start to come off if not I imagine that it will be upped again in June. She asked me if I would consider the wieght loss surgery and I told her I’m not ready to give up on doing it on my own.

so I used to be really skinny. people say I still am. but I don’t think I am. I was majorly anorexic this summer and lost a lot of weight. then after getting in major trouble, I was sent to live with my aunt and uncle for a month in Florida. (I live in Colorado). I was kinda forced to eat. I gained weight. Which made me freak out cuz I’m afraid of gaining weight. So since then, I’ve had this weird eating pattern. Actually, it’s not really a pattern cuz you never know when I’m going to eat, how much I’ll eat, for how long I’ll eat, or when I’ll try to starve myself. I do have an eating disorder and I am trying to deal with it. But I’m trying to lose the weight I gained so I can think I’m skinny and pretty again.
