paint more oil paintings

i find that when i paint im more relaxed and less of a stress head, i dont always paint anything in particular too, i just want to paint.
paintings i have done so far are an absract one of any circles in various bright and dull colours which my little brother hates as he always states that the picture has no meaning, my replie is always the same and thats ‘its not meant to, its up to you to think of what its all about’
but he loves my other pcitures, which are landscape at night, our apple tree in blossom, and a random mesh of colours that my little brother suggest is a flower (but i say its a big spider thats been squished, again for my amusement;)

i want to paint more and want to paint outdoors of the landscape but find it hard to allocate time to do this.

...on at least 4 requests from folks, as well as some paintings I’d like to do for my own pleasure. Once I get rolling, I realise how much I miss painting, but getting back into it is always difficult.

I could start by painting pictures for my neices and nephews for christmas
