Ready for spring more than ever.
It turned out my long wool winter coat (fav!) whose lining is threadbare and nasty, would cost about as much as a new jacket (if not more) to replace the lining. (still toying with trying to do it myself…hm…)
So getting the leather fixed was extra satisfying, especially since I know it is an older item that has been around ages. It previously belonged to my step-dad’s father-in-law. This is the third time I’ve had some of the stitching repaired, and there will probably be more to decay and rip as we continue in time. But even so it will continue into the future even further…
