They are the most comfortable ever. No wander why it didn’t work last time, now I can see that! The last pair, that was supposed to be my retention plates, were so low quality that I’m now glad that I lost them and changed my Dr. She works not only on my teeth but also on position of my jaws, and I’m so glad for it.
She is marvelous, explained me everything in great detail, and I have really good quality product to put into my mouth. I was bit of dreading it, but it feels very comfortable so far.
Only thing, she told me not to turn the screw until next fri, but bottom plate was so loose that I needed to tighten it.

finnaly contacted ortodont and very happy for it!!!
oh, color of my teeth is so normal, it was incredibly good thing to do. it is so good to feel normal. it erased 4 shades off.
no more postponing my hart desires any more! :-)
now enough time passed after procedure, i can change 2 fillings on front teeth that were ligher color before the wightening (and stayed that way – i was expecting them to stay the same color, but they lightened as well).
(i also have one filling that was the same color, and it lightened the same as my teeth, it is not visible and i can let it be.) obviously front fillings behave the same way as the teeth themselves.
i need to make an apointment with my dentist before i see ortodontist. 5 months ago
it was not easy but i did it, after so many years of wishing. very proud of myself!
it feels so good to have normal color of teeth. brownish hue is gone for good!!! after several years i can redo it in order to get lighter shade so i can wear white clothes someday. they are having amount of yellowish hue that is within normal – i’m perfectly satisfied.
here in europe it is not normal to have teeth white as a toilet bowl. when i see it on tv it looks bizzare to me.
