months after I lost my braces...

...i still need to postpone my appointment with a new doc.
How to get my teeth straightened and whitened
It made me
Braver 
"Hard work but got a good result."
How I did it: I had an infection in my jaw bone and had to have all the upper jaw replaced with either root canals, veneers or crowns.
Many painful procedures and took quite a lot of time of work to recover but I had a fantastic dentist who walked me through every step of the way.
The end result was healthier teeth and gums, straightened teeth and a whiter glow.
For months people commented about how my teeth looked even strangers!
Lessons & tips: I had to convince mysef there are worse things that could happen to people and I had to be brave.
Take painkillers, eat soft food such as soups, jellies and mashed potatoes.
Be prepared to stay at home a lot, I didn't feel like work or socialising after treatments but I made up for it after.
Resources: I had a friend who recommended a good dentist.

I had impacted wisdom teeth and then my teeth got messed up when they tried to fix it with braces. SO, I’d like to get lumineers or something. Anything to fix my teeth, and my canines are too long.

he promised me 3 shades improvement (due to antybiotics coloration) but it is great, too
he explained me a lot of things, i’m very satistied with him
now i need to replace remaining 3 fillings and see my ortodontist

...it is my stubborn perfectionism – part of my mind (not a clever one, though!) thinks i need to be satisfied with other things before dealing with this one…
at least i started wearing them during weekends, sometimes…
