How I did it: Since I'm pretty sure I'm not buying any more books this year, I can close this one out. Mostly I take old books into the store and trade them in for store credit, so it doesn't actually cost me out of pocket to get books. Some, where I didn't get credit, I've bought in recent years. I only bought one with cash money this year! Next year I'm going to try to do it all with store credit.

    I’m doing pretty well. I’ve only spent cash money on one book so far this year. I trade in for credit, but since it doesn’t cost me anything, I haven’t been adding those here. (there’s only a couple of them anyway) I hope I can keep that up! I love books, but I really need to finish off some of my tbr first.

    I’m doing great at not spending money on new books, and I’ve read the one I bought this year. Yay!

    I really liked it, too. Nice characterization, good story, good timing, a few chills thrown in there….what more could I want?

    I thought about adding last year’s books to the list, but the tbr can swallow the ones I didn’t get to.

    So far this year I’m already started on the one book I bought this month!
