practice singing

I am notorious for not practicing.

Instead of the customary Sunday afternoon nap, I practiced at church between lunch and choir practice. I get pretty self-concious about practicing where my choir folks might hear me. They may catch me doing something I’ve told them NOT to do ;)
But I made sure I was done 45 minutes or so before any of them showed up. It felt good to use something other than my normal spot. If I lived close to the church I’d practice there every day.

Since I have heard bad opinion’s about Emmy Rossum’s singing in Phantom of the Opera, I got the urge to go back to singing. It’s a gift I have. My coach used to call me a “natural-born soprano” and I can’t let that go to waste…
