The kids exacerbate things

And things are way better than they were. She’s not much of a talker, I”m not much of a listener, and now that we know this we can work around it. I can learn to shut up, she can learn to talk more, and we are.

I’m happy to say we’re working on this goal together and succeeding!

We’re going in to Dr. Zorn tomorrow. She is helping us out a lot, really good to find a therapist who is so pro-marriage.

It is hard for both of us but good that we’re finally getting things in the open.

We’ve got issues. She’s emotionally subdued, I’m needy. Since we had kids things got real stressful and it’s been hard for us.

But, we both love each other and want to be ‘in love’ again like we once were. Things are much better now financially for us, so finally we’ve got time to get our heads around our feelings.

Hard work, but worth it. I love you Janet.

More time away from work; I understand that we have to do this.

I know it’s all about communication, but it’s hard to talk over the kids sometimes.
