track all expenses each day of February

I started this goal back in August, I think, originally wanting to track my expenses for September. That didn’t happen, so I edited my goal to track my expenses for October. And so on and so on through the end of 2007.

By the end of December, MamaKittyRN came to my rescue and helped to form a team to track expenses in January of 2008. We created a new goal for January, and the team approach was very helpful. I did a decent job of expense-tracking for January, and marked that goal as complete.

But come February, I fell off the wagon. I had gone back to my original goal, editing it to “track expenses each day of February”, but I hardly did any expense tracking.

MamaKitty and I tried another new goal for March, but it went nowhere. (for me.)

Finally, in April, I started putting “track all today’s expenses” down each day as a babystep goal. (Flylady gets the credit for that approach.) I’ve been working on that ever since, and so far, so good for April and May.

But today, I wanted to finish up February and March, because I would like a complete picture for 2008.

It is finished. It’s good enough. I’m marking it done now.
