nixisan should be revising for that...thing tomorrow.
I am giving up on this! Never really tried actually. I’m a size 14 and already get headaches from how little I’m eating. It’s not worth it, it won’t give me any happiness from what I can tell.
Great look, but not for me. Good luck to whoever’s going for it!

While at the Gap … I had the urge to try on a pair of jeans. I did not look at the 10’s like I usually would … I went for the 8’s. I tried them on and thought to myself …hmmm these fit nicely, but they are a tad loose. I put everything on hold and then I saw jeans that were on sale. I picked up the 6’s and the pair of 8’s that I knew would fit. I put on the 6’s and they buttoned with no problems! I started jumping up and down in the fitting room I was so happy. Sooo I finally have a size 6 pair of jeans. I do not care if they are the biggest size 6’s around – they fit me! That gave me soo much more motivation to keep working out and eating right – obviously something is working!

BUt I’ve gained a lot of weight in university and now I can gracefully slip in to a size 9. So I want to lose weight.

I hate being a UK size 10/12 because everytime I go out I see these beautiful skinny people and the super skinny shop mannequins it all just adds more pressure into wanting to be skinny. If I got skinnier maybe I’d be accepted by all the people that make fun of me. I really want to lose this weight, and fast, I don’t care how I achieve it. So if you have any tips can you please let me know how to get to my goal of being a UK size 6.
xo

ok so everyone is stressing to be a size 6. Im a size UK 4-6, USA 0-2, depending on what style of clothing. No matter what size you are women are always going to stress over thier figure, no matter if ure a size 0 or a size 14, you should be happy with the figures you have and show it off. Dont feel pressured to look like skinny models because i dont know one guy that like to hold on to a bag of bones when cuddling. beauty comes in many differnt shapes and sizes. So just be proud of yourself girls ! .....
If you still decide you want to loose weight, do it the right way, a healthy diet always helps, diet pills and yoyo diets do not !!! if anything once you go back to normal you’ll put twice the weight on ! if your really determined buy a pair of jeans a size below what you are already and work towards that…..
Hope this cheers you ladies up…. x

Right now, I have no idea how much weight I’d have to lose to do this. Dress-wise, I can probably fit into a six now. Pants-wise- oh good lord, I don’t want to think about it.

I have been trying to go to the gym every day and I signed up for the Self Challenge to keep track of how many calories I’m burning. I feel like there is a slight difference already; I just need to stick with the gym and watch what I eat.
