Make a scrapbook for my mother

I started the scrapbook for my mother this past weekend. I am going to do an 8×8 album. I completed 5 pages on Sunday. The album has a total of 20 pages. I am very pleased with what I have accomplished so far. I really should finish this for Mother’s Day.

I recently moved from home and before I left, for what might be a very long time (as I do not plan to call that place my home any longer – not saying I won’t return to visit, but I don’t plan to return for any long length of time). Before doing so, I hurriedly made a small scrapbook with really pretty paper and using pictures of myself. I would’ve put more varied ones with family (ick) and friends but as it was mostly for my mom and I was in a hurry, I just chose select photos of myself over the years. It’s really interesting…I dedicated about 1/3 of the book to my babyhood and childhood and about 2 pages (out of like 40) to middle school. A few went to high school and quite a bit of pages at the end represented my college years.
