• My warm bath that soathed my bones
• Mam surprised me by putting baubles and beads on my tree outside
• I have the next three days off work
• Central heating (it’s frosty outside)
• Good friends

. The sport shop had the right size heelys for my daughter
. The scrumptious mug of hot chocolate with cream I had
. I thoroughly enjoyed salsa class tonight
. My girl cuddled me up in her blanket
. We saw a hedgehog in our garden this evening! It was lush

. Being in a traffic jam; giving me the opportunity to file my nails
. Seeing the orange leaves on the trees
. To come home from work to a clean house with no washing or ironing
. The chance to practise yoga with my 10 year old daughter
. My affectionate lover

. My day off work
. Having a visit off my mother, sister and baby niece
. Coming to the bottom of my wash basket
. The opportunity to look into my daughter’s beautiful eyes
. Finding wonderful sites online that help me learn and grow

I am grateful for life
And all that I love
