FAT EATING FAT 9 months ago

I was a perfect 10.. ate whatever… blah blah…. i am now 13stone 5 and still very active… but eat sooooooo much. i have a mans portion…always. and i cant stop eating. i love food so much…. i am a just a 14 now. and people think i am a 12…. but hey…. i am nearing a 16 in size… and need some advice… help!!!.. apart fromt the usual fool who says STOP EATING…. real advice please…xx

and iv been eating nonstop for over a week. now iv got a pot belly and im no where near as skinny as i was last week! so im going to cut down on what i eat, and just suffer, coz if i eat, il still be hungry so whats the point?

Ok, so I’m just gonna explain this one, I’m not overweight at all, but I have a problem with eating, and I can tell its unhealthy. Basically if I don’t restrain myself I will be constantly eating. Munch munch munch. And it makes me feel gross. So the last few days I have just been trying to ease up and eat small healthy meals only when I feel hungry. So far, so good. It seems to be all about breaking the habit, so that’s what I’m gonna do.

I want to stop eating so much 22 months ago

I am quite tall and am not over a healthy weight, but still I am unhappy. I feel I could be more lean than I am now. I would like to be able to acomplish this small goal soon because it really shouldn’t be that hard to acomplish. It shouldn’t be, but it most likely will be. Why does unhealthy food have to be well… so unhealthy? I can’t really change my excercise habits because I already exercise just about everyday. I have a sport I’m involved in for school every time I can.

I must say that I have completed this goal…I’m wondering now why I even made the goal in the first place? My eating habits were in need of being slowed. The pace at which I was consuming-I would have eaten my family out of a home!

I’m a good size, 5’8”, normally 140 lbs, but whenever I happen to eat a lot for a few days, I’ll end up gaining 5+ lbs in those next days and it goes straight to my stomach.. I’m fine everywhere else.. my thighs get a little bigger but besides that I want to loose the chunky stomach! Sometimes I just can’t help myself because there is so many different foods that are so yummy to me (pizza, rolls, big sandwiches, pies, chips, greasy fries and burgers..)

I am generally a petite girl (5’5”, 115 lbs.). I have always had a hearty appetite, but it was never a problem for me because of my very fast metabolism. Unfortunately for me, when I became pregnant 9 months ago, I continued eating how I always did, but this time the weight didn’t go away over night. I have gained 75 pounds (at least) in the past 9 months. I try to ration my food better, but when I get bored I just snack. I love the taste of food so I keep eating, when we are at a buffet I feel like I need to get my money’s worth…I only hope I can work this off once the baby comes.

My parents never told me to finish my plate, but I almost always do. I love to TASTE things, which results in eating more when I finish something and desire to taste it more. Even if I don’t snack, I eat huge meals. If I eat healthy for a few days, the second I have one thing of junk, I’ll eat a bunch more. I often keep eating until my stomach hurts. One time I think I went months without actually feeling hungry. I’m often not hungry at meals. This started 2-1/2 years ago (that it got this bad) and amazingly I haven’t gained that much wait, so it’s not even about that… it’s about my health and about feeling good after I eat, not in pain.



first time entry - does anyone do the same? 2 years ago

my problem is when i look in the mirror and see the extra weight i have put on, or just feel plain old rotten about my body i eat. Its ironic i know and each day i say to myself im just going to stop eating for a while. I eat and put on more weight. Does anyone do the same?
