Working in a plant nursery does provide a lot of exercise. Since I’ve done so poorly at everything else since I started, I’ll take credit for this even if it wasn’t really planned.
I had to use the treadmill at 11:30PM in order to meet my goals for this week, but I did it. This is usually the time of year when I start slipping.
This was my 2008 New Year’s resolution. It’s now the beginning of Feb, and I’m still doing well at it. For resolution, only chose to exercise 3 time/week for 15 minutes each, so it would feel easier to be successful at. In reality, I usually exercise anywhere from 30-90 minutes/session. Going to YMCA for weight lifting and Pilates class. REALLY want to stick with Pilates because I think it will make my body longer and leaner. Also, bought a great used Precor treadmill at an estate sale for $150. I’ve used it some, and my kids have used it, too.
