Will power? What is that? I have joined two gyms in my life and gone maybe 10 times total the entire year or so I was signed up.
I most recently signed up for kick boxing and actually went for an entire month 3 times a week. However, my work schedule changed and I am no longer able to attend these work out classes.
Now, I am debating signing up to a gym… summer is cumming, bikini season. lol A nice toned body would be nice, but being healthy and feeling good would be even nicer.
Any idea’s on how I can actually dedicate myself to becoming active and fit?
So I have been steadily going to my gym every other day for about 1 hour!! I’m feeling very good about this, and much better about my body. yay!
i need to get into shape and i need to join a gym and then go as often as i can!
So I did end up going to the gym after my last post! I have gone for two days in a row today. And am planing on going out tomorrow as well. I find that I’m not pushing myself very hard though, I’ve been doing to bike for 10 mins or so, and lots of streching and sit ups and then I find myself getting bored and wanting to go.
I joined the gym about 3 months ago. The first month I went religiously every single day. And then I went on a trip to Seattle and haven’t been back since! The real sucky part is that I’ve been paying for it, $50 a month! And my body is really feeling it. I’m going to go back TODAY after work for the first time in almost 2 months. For at least 45 minutes. Wish me luck!
