Making my get up at 6:30 on weekdays goal my priority for now, not doing so is impacting on so many things.

I’m leaving touch my toes on here, I think I might be able to do that before my wedding, just need to remember to do it every day.
Adding wake up without hitting the snooze button- one day down so far!
Also adding lose weight, which is more like goal of the month. Probably don’t really need it here, I’m very focused on it at the moment, but can’t hurt.
I’ve decided to have a goal of the week. There aren’t many goals I can get completed in a week, but I can at least focus on one and bring myself a step closer. This week I’m going into hospital for 3 days, so a bit hard to focus on most of my goals. So this week’s Goal of the Week is going to be “touch my toes”. I figure I can stretch pretty much anywhere anytime.
And I am constantly coming up with excuses for why this isn’t a good day for focusing on this goal or that one. It’s ridiculous. Eg this morning I slept in so skipped breakfast. Had a coffee on the way to work because I can’t possibly go without anything. There goes my “quit coffee” goal.
So… I need to kick myself in the butt and be a bit more disciplined/organised. I’ll consider this done when I’ve ticked off 5 other goals- and getting married doesn’t count because the date’s set in stone no matter how slack I am!
