I love the man. I went nuts when he came to the stage. I lurrrve him. The gig was amazing! Morrissey tuli ja paransi sairaat. Nyt olen terve.
How I did it: The only thing better than seeing Morrissey live would be seeing the Smiths live, and we all know that isn't going to happen. A friend of mine was given tickets to see Morrissey for Christmas, before he knew me. After having spoken to me only a couple of times, he asked if I wanted to join him on a trip to Oslo, as he didn't have any other friend who loved the ex-Smiths singer as much as him and I did. I didn't really know the guy too wel… Read how I did it…

Panic! Morrissey is coming to Finland! Finally! The Smiths is my all-time favourite band, and I love Moz’s solo stuff, too. I can’t describe how happy I am right now. I even sang which is not like me at all (because I can’t really sing). I love this man so much! Now I just need to get the ticket. I don’t have money, but I’ll find that somewhere, I don’t care if I can’t pay my rent (but probably my landlord will).
Mut mä vain pogoon!
I am possibly roadtripping down to Durham, NC and Atlanta, GA to see Moz in March. My friends are DEFINITELY going, but I need my parents to okay it. I’m getting my North Carolina tickets tonight, though. Just in case they say yes.
I’ve seen Morrissey twice now – first at the Fillmore in San Francisco on my birthday, then at the Palladium in L.A. I kicked myself for not attending more than one show in S.F. and decided I HAD to take advantage of his lengthy stay in Hollywood and hop on a plane to see him again! I encountered great problems doing it, but it was still worth it. Between the 2 shows, I got to hear almost all of my favorite songs! I got much closer to him the second time, too. ;) I wonder when I will see him again?...
I saw Morrissey live on May 14th and I don’t think I’ve had a happier moment.
mondayrowing has the internet again. Get ready, y'all.
Just awesome. I almost cried when he started singing “Panic”.
and he was excellent, very good entertainer and crowd pleaser. and what a repetoire of songs!!! Would recommend seeing him again anytime
and I got in for FREE because I served as a student usher at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion, where he was playing.
He played for about 20 minutes before the fans rioted and swarmed the stage.
That was the end of the concert, right there.
I’m really glad I got in for free & didn’t have to pay for that 20-minute concert!!
