mow my lawn more regularly

i think i’m gonna go ahead and mark this task as done,
because just about every other time i’ve let the dog out to do her business,
i get out the little reel mower and go to work.
it only takes 5 minutes to do…
and it’s still kinda fun.
everytime i do it,
i feel like i’m accomplishing something too.

i got my reel lawn mower today.
my brother and i assembled it (easy).
the thing is simply amazing.
it’s SO easy to cut the grass.
and it’s actually kind of fun.
i mowed part of my parents’ yard with it,
and then i came home and did mine.
what a great investment for me.
i will mark this as done in one more week.
since it’s a reel, i HAVE to mow my lawn regularly,
because if it gets too high,
it won’t cut (or will be a bitch to cut).
so, we’ll see how i do in a week. :D

i did have my brother come over and mow the lawn today.
he needed the cash and i needed it mowed one last time before i get my lawn mower,
so it worked out for the both of us.
i’m really excited to see how well my new mower is going to work.

i purchased a new reel lawn mower online today.
i have never seen anyone use a reel mower.
but they get great reviews on all the websites i have been to.
they don’t use gas or electric and they cut your grass just as fast and just as (or almost as) good.
i hope to have it by the end of next week.
this is an investment for me…
i think last year i dished out no less than 100 bucks to have people mow my lawn.
now, for around 100 bucks i can own my own mower and do it myself.

i think i will be purchasing a reel lawn mower within the next month.
they don’t use gas and they are just as fast to get the job done.
i’ve read a lot of online reviews for several different kinds of reel mowers,
and all of them have been very positive.
i think having a reel mower will make me want to mow the lawn more frequently.

i’ve honestly never even used a lawn mower before.
i’ve always paid people to mow the lawn for me.
i’d like to buy my own mower and do it myself soon.
i’ve already had to pay someone once already this year.

It helps me feel my world is not falling apart altogether.
