Get my Advanced SCUBA certification

Ultimately I want to get my Dive Master, but in the near future I would be happy with Advanced, Wreck, Cave, and First Aid.

It took me forever to get around to doing this, but it’s finally done!! I also got my Nitrox cert while I was at it.

I’ve passed my exams… I have to checkout now: freezing my ass on an army engineers lagoon in the middle of the winter trying to pull out of the water an instructor that will make it as hard as he cant….. That’s gotta be fun!

I did so many fun things to get this: wreck diving, deep diving, fish ID, night diving, navigational, and buyancy. Since then I have got my O2 and night diving certs. I start my rescue in a couple of days.

I’ve got my OWD last year and plan to get all the courses for becoming advanced open water diver this year, then i have to actually do the dives (I’m SSI certified). But… before i do all that i’ve appointed to a Diver Stress & Rescue course, looks amazing :D

I’m now an advanced Open Water scuba diver. I did, underwater navigation, search and recovery, night dive, deep dive and wreck dive. I even got to sit in a sunken bulldozer!

I’ve been a basic diver for 12 years, but I really want to get my Advanced certification. Once I get that, then I can get the cool stuff like wreck, nitrox, rescue etc.
