I think it’s interesting to hear how different people deal with letting go of negative things. Not even negative memories, just stress or negative feelings. I have a friend who once told me she likes to think, “Breathe in blue, breathe out pink…” and that each time she inhales she thinks of the bad things and then thinks of them turning pink as she exhales them away. Or, I’ve heard of people who think of putting all their worries into bubbles and watching them float away. I like the bubbles.

Be free! Be gone! Get out!

Ghosts don’t respond well to demands. :\

Getting a little better. 19 months ago

Its helped because Ive been kinder to myself.
    I cant fix everything & I would’nt want to.
Past relationships that ended badly do weigh on my mind from time to time. I should just let go.
I dont like the hurt I may have caused, but Im sure after all this time (were talking years!) they are happy & well.
Getting rid of old letters etc will be refreshing.
Im a big nostalgia fan but negative memories Ill gladly release.

Its hard letting go ... 21 months ago

I need to stop beating myself up over negative events, experiences or memories. I cant turn back time. I need to allow myself to have made those mistakes & move on.
