Aghh I am doing terrible at this, I really should be done this goal by now.
Yesterday I bought 3 textbooks and carried them home for about a 15 minute walk. And now the muscles in my arms are sore! I mean, they are pretty big books, but I didn`t think that I would be feeling it today…. Jeez, my upper body strength is so terrible. I don`t really think pushups are the best for my wrists, but I need to start practicing this again or doing something to strengthen myself, asap.

Ok, I am still struggling with this… But last night I tried putting my hands down on a folded towel, so the pressure on my wrists was not quite as bad compared to only having a mat. I should have done this a long time ago!
I’m up to ten consecutive pushups now.

I’ve kind of fallen of the wagon on this goal. I’ll start working on this again tonight. Last time I was able to 8 consecutive pushups and in total I did 27 (with breaks).
I’ve come to the conclusion that my big problem isn’t my muscles (or lack thereof), it’s my wrists that pretty much immediately start to hurt from supporting my weight. Maybe I’m not doing pushups right and have the wrong technique, but I also have always had small wrists so they are pretty weak. Anyway, I will keep along with this and make to 15 eventually.

Ufff…
I tested myself for the first time on this today… I’m able to do 7 push ups in a row. I definitely could use some improvement. My upper body strength is very very poor, so that is kind of why I added this goal.
I think 7 is a good starting place though, I mean, it’s almost half of 15 so I’m already half way to completing this goal in some sense, even though I have a lot work to do…
