I had just rediscovered this dream job of mine after given up on the idea and forgotten about it for a few years. I am serving in the Peace Corps in Cameroon right now and will be applying to the IM program from here next year. Hopefully there won’t be any logistical trouble applying from here.
Any current IMs out there who can share experiences other than what we can read on the profile stories?

Hey, I am new here, and I am going to apply IMs soon, the deadline is on Jan 31st, 2009, looks like I still have time, wow~ but looks really hard to get in the program. I knew it is hard, but after I saw the information you guys left, it might harder then I think~ _

HSBC International Management promises an international career spanning the diversity of the bank’s businesses and the markets in which it operates; meaning that you get to be posted in overseas assignments in countries where HSBC is present.
The International Management programme is designed for internationally mobile high achieving future leaders. The International Managers never stay in one place for long; they’re ready to move jobs, divisions, and even continents at a short notice.
Each new role is an opportunity to learn, whether it is a new language, business area, country or customer group.
