Why is it so easy for me to go 42 days without losing or forgetting anything?

I just realized when I went to search for when I smashed my iPod that this goal has now been achieved.
Today is day 45!

Just checking in to realize it’s been over 20 days now.
That rocks!

I showed up today at Kmart without my wallet.
Back to the drawing board, getting back up again after tripping at 2 PM today.

I’m good to this point, and surely, beyond this point.

At 12:30, I left behind some papers that I was working on while attending an Executive Briefing.
Clock started again from that point.

I locked my keys in my office, and had to get Yvonne to drive over with the spare one.
I read that creating associations is a way to cement doing a thing, or the need to do a thing.
For example, if you go downstairs to get some scotch tape, before you head that way, picture each stair step sticking to your shoes with scotch tape.

I intend to read something about “being present” in both mind and body for the next 30 days. I started two days ago with that.

I took my adapter off of my iPOd before I went into the gym. I haven’t been able to find it since, and as a result, I no longer have my voice dictation system.
I am crestfallen over this.

At 8:45 AM, I got seven miles out to my facility before I realized I had forgot my medical bag.

At 9 AM, I misplaced my keys. I still haven’t found them.
