- Limit of 1 hour a day (2 during weekends) to work on it.
- This goal only gets worked on after an equal amount of time is spent on other goals the same day.
As much as I’m enjoying this goal it has to be postponed for a while if not for good. Too much Diablo II is starting to take a toll on my mouse hand, and video games are clearly not worth messing one’s body up over.
My Paladin is now at level 76 and is almost through Act 1 in hell difficulty. Still at the rate that my other goals have not been going lately I think this goal deserves a break for a day or so to allow me to work on more important things.
I now have a level 50 Paladin who is just starting nightmare difficulty. I know its a bit high but I wasn’t happy with my weapon so I kept on going on Baal runs in normal until I got one that I liked which took some time but resulted in me having a lot of good items.
Since college I’ve been playing on and off which is probably the main reason why I keep on going back because it seems incomplete. After starting over countless times this time I’m determined to play it all the way through to be able to hopefully move on to other activities.
Last weekend I’ve completed all the quests in the game except the last one – killing Mephisto. I tried, but hmm, he’s so much stronger than my charcter. Will need some more leveling up.
I’ve already started “playing” Second Life. I might also get into WoW. But there’s still Diablo II to beat. I’m getting there. I suppose I’m too afraid to move forward in the game with my current charchater. She’s a sophisticated, daring Amazon, but she simply isn’t powerful enough. So, I’m working on more points.
I’ve been playing DII for about 5 years now. My goal was to beat Diablo II. Once I achieved this, I decided to beat him with more that one char. This I have done, and have successfully beat DII with 4 of my 5 characters. Currently working on number 5. This includes the LOD expansion and all 3 difficulty levels.
If you need advice, let me know.
I’ve been playing Diablo II for several years, and still haven’t finished the game. My character is a nifty, sexy Amazon that needs lots more Strength, Dexterity and Vitality before she can win… :) But She’ll do it. She is, after all, the warrior in me!
