My son-in-law was naturalized as a US citizen, and after the ceremony we walked down the street from the Federal building to eat. While we were walking I saw a $20 bill on the sidewalk, then I saw another. They were all over the place, on the sidewalk, in the bushes, blown out into the street, not only 20’s but some 50’s and 100’s as well,. All in all, we found over $1000 and an envelope from a local bank. It was the kind of envelope that one is given when the bank gives out cash in a drive threw window. My daughter took the money and turned it over to a security guard at the Federal building, and the local police came and interviewed her. It was later returned to the one that had lost it. 5 years ago
