Clear Out My Wardrobe

...so few that I really like.
Loads of my clothes are quite old now, they don’t really fit who I am now-they’re a bit highschool/college me.

I’m going to start my going through my jeans, picking out the ones that I like, which one’s would do for emergency days and which one’s need to get to the charity shop pronto!

After that maybe I’ll do t-shirts or something.

Go through all my clothes and shoes and make a group to keep, a group to consign, a group to give away and actually take the discards to the consignment shop/goodwill this time.

I have a tidy, well ordered, everything in full view wardrobe. I also have several bags for the charity shops so double bonus. That is not just me benefits from this finally being done :D

My wardrobe is currently so bad I can’t shut the door properly and seeings how Santa is using some of it as storage space just now it is NOT a good thing having part open doors.
So by the weekend I WILL have a nice tidy, decluttered wardrobe. Oh yes I will.

Stayed up late and finished the job last night! Finally cleared out every piece of clothing that doesn’t fit me or that I don’t like and arranged my remaining clothes into seasons (putting the summer stuff away).

It looks all lovely and tidy but I’m sure it wont stay that way for long!

Since setting this goal it has been playing on my mind. My wardrobe is stuffed to bursting with clothes and 99% I never wear. I started this year a size 14 and now I am a size 8 and I desperately need to clear out everything that doesn’t fit so I can see what I need to buy.

I decided (foolishly) to start the job at 11:30pm last night and I was still trying on clothes close to 2am! I have got about 2/3 done and I hope to finish the rest in a minute.

I’ll have a big pile of stuff to sort into charity/ebay piles. I just hope I don’t go and put the weight back on and wish I had kep my ‘fat’ clothes!

because a certain someone in a big red suit needs the space to store things :D

and put them on the shoe rack (that has been languishing in my downstairs cupboard for months) all along one wall of my bedroom. Think this is the first time in my life that I have owned so many pairs of fab shoes/boots and now I can see them all at a glance – perfect.
