shelagh_c KTGTFS / still wants to be what she might have been
I am not actually giving up. I am integrating this goal into : TRAVEL.
How I did it: After I got laid off I had no excuses as to not going, so I booked the ticket using my frequent flier miles and just went for it! Life's
too short to just sit around. My one month trip to South America
was unbelievable.
Lessons & tips: Plan ahead but don't over do it. Allow things to play out as you go and be willing to change your itinerary at any point. Meet as many people as possible and enjoy each and every minute. Also pack light, keep an eye on your money and don't be afraid to ask for help. And explore as many places as possible, it's so easy to travel by bus (they have first class bus options!). Why limit your trip to one place?

I had a goal about going to Peru…But it’s a long way to go. When I finally get there, I will definitely want to visit more than just Peru.
Secretly, I can tell you it is probable that I will go there in the next couple of years… yay!!
I wanna go this winter (june), but just got to convince my boss to give me time off work
Cant wait to experience the culture, foods, natural wonders (salt planes, machu pichu, amazon river), and just open up my mind to how other people live

This goal gets into reach. I have serious plans to go with my mother in spring 2010 (April/ May), after my last exams. It will be my graduation trip. Things to do: SAVE money!
