Honestly, my ideal night with friends isn’t going out to the bars or going to some party… it’s gathering a few good people, ask them each to bring a CD or record they think others would enjoy, pour some drinks, sit back and talk about music. It’s just simple, relaxing, and conducive in picking the minds of individuals. Seriously, what better way to know more about a person than by hearing his or her music?

How I did it: Funny story, at an art gallery opening in Bridgeport, I spotted a fellow blogger whom I only know via his Tumblr and subsequent Facebook profile.

Anyway, on my way to my friend's birthday party, he invited me and another friend over to his apartment. We drank some Jameson, discussed music, chess, and video games as he played some awesome vinyl in the background.
