Hardly adventure travelling, but it was a perfect ten. The underwater caves were the best ever.

How I did it: Just booked a cruise 7 days before the cruise was to set sail. Checked out orbitz for last minute deals, contacted the cruise line to ask questions, i.e. alcohol policy, activities, rooms, etc.
Lessons & tips: Being from NYC the price of drinks and food was not a shocker at all... $8 drinks? $15 bucks for lunch.... its an expensive island...do not think this is anything like the Bahamas or Mexico.. It's also extremely safe..

I visited a friend who lives in Bermuda in May 06 and had a fantastic week exploring the island, eating at great places, enjoying a Rum Swizzle and playing on the pink sand.

i was born in bermuda and haven’t been back since i moved to the uk at the age of 3. i wanna go back soooo much but it’s so damn expensive, i’m a student, no way of affording it! still, a girl can dream hey…!x

Such a beautiful place. Everything is painted in pastel colors with clean white roofs. It would be nice to live here if you could.

I remember it was a great time. the water was so clear, the weather so nice, and the people were friendly.
Bermuda is the place where postcard pictures are taken.
