I want to be a SOCIAL entrepreneur

Wow… this is a huge topic for me. Where to begin? I am a Business Strategist. My job is to help business owners build business running without having to be there. I was a Certified E-Myth Consultant for several years, and now own my own firm based on a much-improved methodology.

I’ll give any would-be entrepreneurs this free word of advice first: FOCUS is everything. Nearly every person I start working with has their hands in too many pies, so to speak. They don’t just own a business—they own 2 businesses, are involved in their community, and attempt to have a full time hobby. There are only 24 hours in a day. Focus on mastering your business first, then other opportunities will open in due time. (Michael Jordan didn’t initially set out to be on TV and in Movies, yet once he achieved Mastery in Basketball, those opportunities opened up for him.)When I get them to set aside those other projects for a time, they immediately experience a big boost in productivity and success. “Man who chases two chickens catches none.”
