its preety wierd da first time time but once your hear da music rotate ya hips in a circle and listen to da music its way easier and once a guy comes behind u let the beat take control and go on from there its alot of fun but if u fell wierd or acquarde then dont do it be true to your and carchter

it was very easy and not at all as hard as i imagined it would be to learn

the best way to learn is to move to the beat once you have that down pact start moving your hips from side to side start off slow and when you get better at it go faster. And to make it really fun try moving your hips in a figure eight.

i’m going to prom with this guy i kinda like in 2 months and i don’t know how to grindddddddd!! i need to learn like asap! is it something i need to practice with a friend? or do i practice in front of the mirror or what? i’m so ignorant lol

I learned by myself how to grind. It’s a combination of observing other people grinding (as grimey as that sounds), knowing how to count the beat, and moving your hips (not like a robot).

Good luck I guess…it’s worth doing.

whoa… nasty. Speaking as a person who has lived through her teens and early 20s you do not want to be the kinda person that grinds. Trust me, it will get you no where. People that do that might seem cool now, but they end up all f($%ed up by the time they hit 25 if not sooner.
Maybe there is some grinder recovery help out there somewhere?
