The Moonwalk, a walking marathon in aid of breast cancer causes, is in a fortnight, and our very own dear Gertie will be stepping out and walking 26 miles 385 yards – that’s 42.195 kilometers, metric people – for this very good cause. My dear friend Gertie has signed up to walk… a marathon! Overnight! In just her bra! And something on her bottom half as well, I assume. All to raise money for breast cancer research. It’s called the Moonwalk and it’s taking place on 14th June 2008 in Edinburgh, Scotland.
