Right before dinner is the best time to do it. If I don’t get a routine established by the end of the month, it’s coming off the list.
I managed 3 times during the week. Then I have done nothing the past two weeks. This week already looks to be a different story. Even though the workshop where I jump is freezing cold, I’ve got to do it!

I’ve pretty much replaced this with “exercise every day”. I really don’t like jumping rope very much.

I figure I’ll give this a try at least during the winter. It should be good exercise until I can get out and run in the summer.

than walking every day. I think I will start off doing 100-200 bounces each day and gradually start to add more each week.
I got a jump rope for my b-day. I’ve used it for a week strait now and have seen a large improvement. I would like to keep this up.
this is a complete lost cause cuz i have not done it for longer than a week. i am sure it is fabulous exercise and all but i have not been inspired
i really need to be more active. i figure that by doing this, it will be a small step towards activity. again, because of school, this will have to start july 1st because studying leaves me with little jumping time
