The Lady Hooligan is in the process of gaining a lot of slim!
I love looking at food being prepared a la naked chef, or a la clothed chef, or a la any other good chef, and I collect recipes and recipe books, but I don’t really get to MAKE them myself! It’s high time I spend some real time in the kitchen!
The only problem is to find local substitutes for American and European ingredients… but I’ll get there!
